Key Responsibilities include:

• Overhaul of underground mining roof supports
• Inspections and testing of equipment
• Removal and installation of hydraulic cylinders
• Produce high quality work with attention to detail
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of safety while following the companies’ policies and procedures
• Ability to work as a team and autonomously
• MUST be able to commit to the duration of the project

The successful applicant must have

• Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable transportation
• Possess a level of fitness to be able to physically work 12-hour shifts
• Forklift licence (advantageous)

On Offer

• A short-term project commencing the end of September
• Monday to Saturday 6/1 roster
• Day and afternoon shift available
• 12-hour days
• Weekly pay with competitive rates
