About the Opportunity

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our valued client in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Pay: $50.54/hr + penalties
  • Duration: Casual assignment, approximately 6 months
  • ASAP start

What You’ll be Doing

  • Manage incoming customer calls and enquiries
  • Coordinate and allocate work to relevant internal teams
  • Monitor and manage customer service queues
  • Process customer invoicing and administrative tasks
  • Support scheduling and workflow coordination activities
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and performance data
  • Review alerts and identify trends to support continuous improvement
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting KPI requirements
  • Assist with reception and general administrative duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or customer care environment
  • Certification in Office/Business Administration desirable
  • Knowledge of systems such as AX desirable
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
