About the Opportunity

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our valued client in Mackay.

• Location: Mackay Harbour, QLD
• Pay rate: $40.00 per hour + penalties
• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

What You’ll be Doing

• Safe and efficient forklift operation
• Front-End Loader operation where ticketed
• Manual handling duties including shovelling fertiliser product
• Assist with production processes involving conveyors, bagging equipment, hoppers, blending systems and material handling operations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment while working in outdoor conditions
• Adhering to all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• LF Forklift Licence and operating experience (mandatory)
• Front-End Loader ticket and operating experience (advantageous)
• The ability to work at heights
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and outdoor work
• The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
