About the Opportunity

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our valued client in Rockhampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional team where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a difference. You'll enjoy a supportive work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment for the right candidate.

• Location: South Rockhampton
• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Rotating roster between dayshift and afternoon shift
• Rate: $40.00/hr + penalties
• Type: Casual ongoing work with potential for permanent employment

What You’ll be Doing

• Picking and packing parts orders accurately
• Receiving deliveries and re-stocking shelves
• Operating forklifts (load/unload trucks and relocate stock around the warehouse)
• Operate RF scanners
• Stocktaking and general warehouse upkeep
• Manual handling and following site safety procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence (mandatory)
• Current Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
