Haynes is seeking experienced Store Persons and MR/HR Drivers to join our valued client in Dubbo. These are excellent temp-to-permanent opportunities for motivated individuals looking to secure long-term employment with a reputable organisation.

Store Person Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and unload incoming steel, aluminium, fencing and associated products
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for collection and delivery
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct stock movements, cycle counts and inventory checks
- Load vehicles safely, ensuring loads are secure and compliant with transport requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse and yard environment
Store Person Requirements
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Proven experience in a warehouse, store person or distribution role
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Crane experience highly regarded
MR/HR Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles transporting steel, fencing and metal products
- Load, secure and unload products in accordance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and load restraint requirements
- Deliver orders accurately and obtain proof of delivery documentation
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure efficient and timely service
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Assist warehouse staff with picking, loading and general yard duties when not on deliveries
- Comply with road transport legislation, fatigue management requirements and company policies
MR/HR Driver Requirements
- Current MR Licence or higher (HR preferred)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Knowledge of load restraint and transport compliance requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including loading and unloading steel products
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour days on regional delivery runs
