We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Mackay team. This isn't your typical administration role - it's a varied position that sits at the heart of our recruitment and workforce operations, supporting candidates, clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service every day.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment, onboarding, marketing and business operations, including:

As an integral member of the team, you will:

• Process invoices, purchase orders and supplier accounts
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and customer statement reconciliations
• Maintain uniforms, PPE and office supplies
• Support timesheet compliance and payroll administration activities
• Maintain candidate, client and workforce records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Promoting employment opportunities through social media and digital marketing channels to attract quality candidates
• Monitor candidate enquiries and shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
• Support recruiters with database management, compliance checks and recruitment administration when required
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support across multiple client accounts and projects
• Provide professional reception and general office administration support

What We're Looking For

You will be someone who enjoys taking ownership, has exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.

• Previous experience in administration, recruitment support, accounts or a similar role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with D365 or similar business systems (ERP System Knowledge – Advantageous.
• Experience creating and posting content across social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
