About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Painter & Blaster to join our Pinkenba workshop.

In this role, you will:

• Perform abrasive blasting and industrial painting on heavy machinery and components
• Prepare surfaces to required specifications for coatings application
• Apply coatings to achieve high-quality protective finishes
• Work alongside engineers and workshop teams to meet job specifications and deadlines
• Maintain accurate job records and ensure compliance with safety standards

About You

• Proven experience in industrial painting and blasting
• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating systems
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Focus on safety and teamwork
