Machine Operators

Haynes is currently seeking experienced and dependable Machine Operators to join our team on an exciting upcoming project. We have multiple positions available and are looking for operators based in or around Charters Towers or Townsville.

Available Positions

• 2 × Water Cart Operators
• 2 × Roller Operators
• 2 × Grader Operators
• 1 × Loader Operator

What’s On Offer

• Competitive hourly rate: $45 – $51 (based on experience)
• Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• 10-hour workdays
• Project duration: approximately 4 months
• Camp accommodation provided

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience operating relevant machinery
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to commit to the full roster and project duration
• A reliable, self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (medical and drug & alcohol screening if required)
