Haynes are seeking an Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Archerfield. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting safety and operational teams.

The Role

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure safety records, documentation, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

This is a part-time position, offering 5–6 hours per day, 4–5 days per week, with on-site attendance required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate safety records, registers, and documentation
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong focus on data integrity
  • Generate reports and track safety metrics using internal systems
  • Support document control processes and compliance requirements
  • Assist with coordination of safety-related activities and communications
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong data entry and record management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel for reporting and data tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to support team operations in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision
