Plant Operator

Haynes are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Plant Operator - Start ASAP!

What’s on offer:

• Location: St Lawrence, QLD
• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm
• PayRate: $42.75 p/hr
• Type: 3-month contract
• Starting ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and services vehicles, plant and equipment for construction, maintenance and urban services.
• Undertake labouring duties as required.
• Working in remote areas (camping out) as required.
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably directed within the limits of the employee’s skills, competence and training.

What we are looking for:

• Open Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Roller Ticket - Highly Desirable
• Level Two Traffic Management / Traffic Controller Ticket is desirable.
• Previous experience with repairing and maintaining plant equipment, such that repair works are minimised.
• Relevant certification for the operation of vehicle, plant and equipment specific to the role and minimum 12 months experience.
• Knowledge and experience in basic mechanics and general maintenance is required.
