Warehouse Supervisor

Haynes is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our valued client based in Paget, Mackay. This is an excellent permanent opportunity within a high-performing logistics environment. The role is hands-on and suited to a motivated leader who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse.

Key Responsibilities include

• Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team on site.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.
• Coordinate workflow and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure all stock received and dispatched is accurately inspected and recorded.
• Check deliveries against pre-receiving reports prior to unloading and ensure goods are stored correctly.
• Ensure all goods-inwards dockets are processed, stamped, and forwarded to the relevant department for costing.
• Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures.

The successful applicant must have

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
• Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role
• Confidence directing work within a team-based environment
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and service delivery
• A positive attitude with a practical, team-focused approach
