We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering market‑leading solutions to some of the biggest mining operations in Australia and overseas.

Your New Role
As a Client Manager, you will own and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensure successful delivery of Decoda solutions, and drive account growth. You’ll act as the bridge between the client’s operational challenges and Decoda’s product and engineering teams, ensuring we deliver solutions that make a real impact.
Your success in this role will directly influence client satisfaction, Decoda’s market presence, and profitable business growth.
What You’ll Do
Account Management
- Lead strategic relationships with major mining customers, serving as the primary point of contact across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Assist in building and strengthening Decoda’s channel partner network.
- Translate complex, site‑specific operational challenges into actionable delivery and product development requirements.
- Support the creation and communication of tailored value propositions, business cases, and deployment strategies.
- Proactively manage account performance, identify risks, and uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Embed client feedback into product iterations, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the “voice of the customer” within Decoda, influencing roadmap and resource allocation.
- Map stakeholder relationships and facilitate engagement across all levels—from site operators to corporate leadership.
Commercial & Growth
- Contribute to business development initiatives and early‑stage client conversations
- Help shape product positioning and alignment with client needs
- Collaborate with Growth and General Management teams to strengthen Decoda’s technical and commercial value in the market.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in the Resources Industry, preferably with exposure to operational environments or technology implementation.
- Experience delivering technology or service solutions that solve customer problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- An interest in mining systems (e.g., haulage, excavation, dozing) and large-scale operational technologies.
- Experience using customer account or sales management systems.
- Exposure to product development or working with engineering teams.
