Service Technician

Haynes is seeking experienced Service Technician to join our valued client based in Adelade at Wingfield branch. Temp to perm role.

Position Details

• Monday-Friday
• Competitive wage + Tool Allowance
• Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities include

• Perform mechanical inspections, scheduled servicing, and routine maintenance
• Diagnose equipment faults and failures, identifying root causes to ensure effective and timely repairs
• Carry out high-quality repairs to return equipment to full operational functionality
• Support the branch with monitoring equipment reliability and ensuring fleet readiness for hire
• Inspect equipment upon return and promptly report any customer-related damage to the manager for cost recovery processes.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the manager
• Assist with routine and preventative maintenance activities

The successful applicant must have

• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• A valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Mechanical trade qualification
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and the ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
