About the Role

Haynes is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Personnel to join our client based in Mackay. As a key part of our client's warehousing and distribution operations, you will support the delivery of parts and inventory services to keep their customers moving.

Upcoming Opportunities

Multiple opportunities will become available for skilled warehouse staff for a 3–6 month period, including:

• Storepersons
• MR Truck Drivers
• Forklift Operators (LF)
• LO (Order Picker) Operators

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect and process inbound freight
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment (valid licence or willingness to obtain)
• Maintain inventory integrity through stocktakes and cycle counts
• Ensure a clean, safe and compliant warehouse environment
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics or storeperson experience
• Current HRWL – LF and/or LO licences, or willingness to obtain
• MR Licence (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and order systems
• A proactive, safety‑first mindset
• Commitment to workplace safety continuous improvement
