Haynes are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrators to contribute to our client’s team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value collaboration, innovation, and excellence-this could be the perfect fit.

Role details:

  • Location: Moranbah, QLD
  • Pay rate: $50.01 p/hr
  • Roster: Monday – Friday roster
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Type: Contract till June 2026

What you’ll be doing:

  • Knowledge of corporate governance and community engagement processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop processes and procedures that support business improvement.
  • Drafting and typing of emails, letters and photocopying documentation
  • Data input, reporting and maintenance of registers.
  • Ensure all current forms, workflows, processes and procedures for work are fully documented
  • Respond to routine enquiries and receiving and passing on customer contacts

What we’re looking for:

  • Current Driver’s Licence + Reliable Vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a Police Check
  • Vocational qualifications in Business and/or Local Government would be highly regarded.
  • Previous local government experience would be highly regarded.
