Sales Manager

We want you:

Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales and customer success? Haynes is seeking a Sales Manager to take charge of driving growth across our equipment sales, hire, and service divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across multiple business streams
• Lead and support a small, high-performing sales and service team
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all sectors
• Manage reporting, forecasting, and performance targets

To be successful, you will have:

• Current driver’s licence
• Proven background in vehicles, equipment (material handling preferred), machinery, or trailer sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
• Understanding of sales, hire, and after-sales service processes
• High Risk Forklift Truck Licence (preferred)
