Storepeople & Forklift Operators

Haynes are seeking motivated and reliable Storepeople and Forklift Operators to join our valued clients in Townsville. These roles offer full-time hours, Monday to Friday rosters, and excellent pay rates, with overtime opportunities and temp-to-perm pathways for the right candidates.

What’s on offer:

• Monday to Friday roster
• $35–$37 per hour + penalties
• Full-time hours with potential overtime
• Temp-to-perm opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders
• General labouring and assisting with production duties
• Manual handling tasks
• Dispatch orders accurately
• Maintain stock records and inventory control

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or production environment
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Physically fit and capable of completing manual handling tasks
• Forklift licence – highly desirable
• Loader ticket – highly desirable
