Are you detail-oriented, have a strong understanding with Warranty Claims? Haynes is seeking a casual Warranty Administrator to join a growing client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer invoicing - Job Raising, Labour Time Entrys, Parts Entries.
  • Maintain and adhere to various credit policies regarding trading accounts and cash sales
  • Provide support to customers and Service team for all invoicing and warranty requirements.
  • Follow up on any queries to ensure a prompt and appropriate response

To be successful, you will have:

  • Drivers license and Reliable Vehicle
  • Experience in similiar role - Highly Desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years clerical experience, preferably with job costing experience - Highly desirable
  • Understanding and demonstrated use of MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
