Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and looking for a role that fits around your life? Haynes is seeking a casual administrator officer to join a growing client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Process bank feeds and reconcile accounts
  • Debtor Chasing
  • Assist with stocktake and POS/RMS systems
  • Use Excel & Microsoft tools for reporting

To be successful, you will have:

  • Drivers license and Reliable Vehicle
  • Previous Payroll Experience
  • Experience with MYOB Acumatica/MYOB EXO – Advantageous
  • Experience using MYOB AccountRight, RMS, SwiftPOS - Advantageous
