Multi-Ticket Operator

Haynes are seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator to join a dynamic civil construction crew in Gracemere. If you’re safety-focused, ticketed and ready to hit the ground running - this could be the opportunity for you!

Role details:

• Location: Depot is located in Gracemere, QLD
• Pay rate: $40.00/hr + penalties
• Roster: Monday – Friday roster
• Hours: Must be available between 6:00am and 4:00pm (Shift durations range from 4 to 10 hours)
• Type: Casual role with potential for permanent placement

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating machinery including excavators, loaders, rollers, and more
• Conducting pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Reading and interpreting site plans, levels, and job specifications
• Assisting with trenching, backfilling, compaction, and material movement
• Supporting site setup and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
• Reporting hazards, incidents, and maintenance issues promptly
• Upholding WHS and environmental procedures at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Operator Tickets (e.g., Excavator, Roller, Moxy, Loader, Grader)
• Must be able to pass regular Drug & Alcohol testing
