We’re currently seeking a skilled Equipment Officer to join our valued client’s team in Archerfield.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving new, used, and rental equipment
• Loading/unloading machinery and spotting around the yard
• Reviewing shipping reports for incoming equipment
• Inspecting arrivals for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
• Keeping storage areas secure, clean, and organized
• Processing inventory receipts in AX and conducting weekly stocktakes
• Liaising with customers, drivers, and stakeholders professionally

What You’ll Bring

• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Experience in inventory administration
• A valid High-Risk Work Forklift Licence
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of equipment safety regulations
• A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug/alcohol screening)
• Willingness to work outdoors for most of the day
