We’re currently seeking a skilled Equipment Officer to join our valued client’s team in Archerfield.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving new, used, and rental equipment
- Loading/unloading machinery and spotting around the yard
- Reviewing shipping reports for incoming equipment
- Inspecting arrivals for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
- Keeping storage areas secure, clean, and organized
- Processing inventory receipts in AX and conducting weekly stocktakes
- Liaising with customers, drivers, and stakeholders professionally
What You’ll Bring
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Experience in inventory administration
- A valid High-Risk Work Forklift Licence
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of equipment safety regulations
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug/alcohol screening)
- Willingness to work outdoors for most of the day
