Haynes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our client’s team based in Eagle Farm, QLD.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth administration of fleet maintenance and workshop operations. You’ll be the go-to person for managing service bookings, processing maintenance orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, and keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and process Service Maintenance Orders (SMOs)
  • Manage workshop bookings and prioritise daily work schedules
  • Provide quotations for service and mechanical repairs
  • Process supply orders, receipts, and invoices in Business Central
  • Support with vehicle arrivals, disposals, recalls, and compliance inspections
  • Manage damage reporting and additional charge processes
  • Liaise daily with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards

About You:

Essential:

  • Current manual (C Class) driver’s licence
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus

Preferred:

  • Administrative or Business qualification
  • MR (or higher) driver’s licence
  • Experience within a mechanical, workshop, or parts environment
