Key Responsibilities include

• Spot cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and amenities,
• Emptying swarf bins, general waste bins, recycling bins
• Stocking up bathroom consumables
• Stocking up tea, coffee stations,
• Blowing debris away from outside areas,
• Hosing down buildings,
• Cleaning internal walls,
• General tree pruning and yard tidying,
• Painting of internal office and amenity spaces when required
• Picking up goods from local suppliers

The successful applicant must have

• Forklift Licence
• Class C Drivers Licence + Reliable transport etc.
• Be able to pass pre-employment medical & drug screen
• Ability to work in a high-volume team environment
• Physical ability to undertake labour intensive duties
