Skilled Machinery Operators

Haynes Group is seeking experienced and versatile plant operators to join our Townsville operations. If you’re ticketed across multiple machines and thrive in dynamic civil projects, we want to hear from you.

🧰About the role:

• Safely operate and maintain assigned machinery
• Perform trenching, extraction, earthmoving, road prep and other site works
• Conduct daily prestarts and minor machine maintenance
• Collaborate with site crew and follow supervisor directions

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Graders
• Backhoes
• Moxys

🎯 About you:

• Hold RII tickets for listed machinery
• Hold a cronstruction white card
• Hold a current drivers licence (HR preferred but not essential
• Proven experience in Civil Construction, Earthworks or Quarrying (Final Trim experience is highly advantageous however not essential)
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical with Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Ability to pass a National Police Clearance
