Business Development Manager – Gold Coast & Brisbane

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager ready to take the lead in a growing organisation? One of our valued clients are currently seeking a driven and results-focused BDM to spearhead both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing client accounts.

About the Role:

📍 Gold Coast & Brisbane Offices
💼 Permanent | Full-time
💰 $90K–$120K + Super + Commission | Company Vehicle, Laptop & Phone Provided
🕒 Monday to Friday | 38 - 40 hours per week | Paid lunch break

You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across commercial construction and maintenance sectors (including Education, NDIS, and Childcare).
• Managing tenders, preparing quotes and winning contracts.
• Nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Updating and maintaining business software systems with client and project data.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally in construction, trades, or facilities management).
• Strong quoting and tendering experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using business systems/software.
• Flexibility to travel across SEQ and to North Queensland on occasion.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check if required.

Bonus points for:

• Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children and NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain).
