HAYNES is on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Machinist to operate and maintain manual and/or CNC machines for a well respected client in north Brisbane QLD.

Position Details:

• Monday to Friday roster
• Permanent opportunity
• Competative rates plus penalties; 10% shift loading
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and/or CNC machines to produce precision parts

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Perform routine maintenance and checks on machines

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade qualification in Machining or similar

• Proven experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of machining techniques and tolerances

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Great team culture and supportive leadership

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug/Alcohol screen.
