Internal Sales Administrator

Are you a people person with a knack for organisation and a passion for sales support? Haynes is on the lookout for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our clients fast-paced and friendly team!

Position Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Immediate start available
• Competitive rate offer
• Located Mackay QLD

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
• Processing sales enquiries and maintaining customer records
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Responding to client queries with professionalism and accuracy
• Assisting with reporting, sales documentation, and CRM management
• Ensuring compliance with all Company policies, procedures and processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Hold current drivers' licence and reliable transport
• Previous experience in a sales support or admin role
• Prior steel industry experience (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills and customer focused mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including Drug/Alcohol screen if required
