Multi-Ticket Operator

Haynes is currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Civil Operator for one of our valued clients located in Mackay

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate civil machinery including skid steers and diggers (1.7T to 15T).
• Labouring duties are a key component of the role.
• Contribute to pipelaying projects (formal qualification not required).
• Work as part of a team to complete civil infrastructure projects, including subdivisions, roadworks, and general civil maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating civil plant and machinery.
• Skid steer and digger operation highly preferred.
• Willingness to perform labouring tasks as required.
• Construction White Card (mandatory).
• Relevant RII tickets for machinery (mandatory).
• HR Licence preferred (minimum C Class Licence required).
• Cert III in Civil Construction is highly regarded.

Role Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Roster: Monday to Friday, with potential weekend OT depending on projects.
• Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm or 7:00am – 5:00pm (subject to change).

Additional Info:

• Project flexibility required – some work may require travel and staying away (accommodation/meals arranged if needed).
