HR Truck Driver

Haynes is recruiting skilled and safety-focused HR Truck Drivers to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering products to customers and construction sites around Townsville QLD.

Position Details:

• Monday to Friday roster
• 38 hours per week
• Casual ongoing position
• $40.00 per hour + penalies
• Immedaite start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials (may involve use of forklift or truck-mounted crane)
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure all deliveries are made on time
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all road safety regulations
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers on-site

The successful candidate, must have:

• Valid HR truck licence and reliable transport
• Proven HR truck operating experience
• Current forklift licence (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of load restraint and securing techniques
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screen
