Haynes is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join the team of our valued client in Gladstone QLD. In this key leadership role, you will lead and inspire the local team to ensure a safe, high-performing, and collaborative branch environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving operational excellence.
Position Details
- Monday to Friday roster
- Competitive annual salary + Super + Vehicle
- 38 hours per week
- Permanent position
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain customer service excellence within the branch, ensuring all customer service issues and/or failures are addressed and appropriately actioned.
- Implement required processes and procedures to ensure accurate invoicing, purchase orders etc, utilizing monthly reports to identify and correct any variances.
- Complete monthly reporting against KPI’s.
- Review stock takes unsighted assets and close out required actions in a timely manner.
- Oversee and regularly review workshop productivity, with a specific focus on any lost sales due to unavailable assets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and support to branch team.
What We're Looking For
- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport
- Certificate IV in Business, Management or similar
- 3- 5 years proven experience in operational leadership and people management.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Have a genuine desire to coach, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screen.
