About the Role

Due to internal movement and business growth, we are currently seeking an energetic and driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our high performing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. This position will see you working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure seamless recruitment delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Match client labour needs with appropriately skilled candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to identify sourcing needs and workforce requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple industries.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, interviews, offers, onboarding, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data in FastTrack.
• Conduct compliance checks – ID, qualifications, work rights, etc.
• Support both temporary and permanent placements across various projects.
• Build and maintain talent pools through industry networking and proactive engagement.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment or labour hire (preferred but not essential).
• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; FastTrack or ATS experience is a bonus.
• A professional and confidential approach to all candidate and client interactions.
