Haynes Group is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced Solar Farm Workers for an exciting large-scale renewable energy project in Maryvale, NSW. This opportunity involves the installation of solar panels and a variety of hands-on manual tasks, offering you the chance to be part of a transformative project driving sustainable energy solutions. About the Project

The Maryvale Solar & Energy Storage Project is a groundbreaking renewable energy facility located near Maryvale, just 12km north-west of Wellington. The project combines solar power and energy storage to deliver affordable, clean, and dispatchable energy for New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities include

• Safely and efficiently install solar module panels
• Operate basic power and hand tools
• Perform manual labor tasks, including carrying and moving materials
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team

The successful applicant must have

• Previous experience on large scale solar farm projects
• A Valid Construction Card
• Excellent physical fitness
• Working Rights in Australia
• Ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screens
• References verifying your relevant experience
• Own accommodation (accommodation is NOT supplied)

Benefits

• Competitive weekly pay
• Average of 60 hour work weeks (Monday – Saturday)
