Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Administration and general reception duties
- Document Control
- Management of Town Accommodation
- Cleaning
- INX Data Entry
- Corporate Traveller Data Entry
- SAP / PO generation review and approval
- Ensure appropriate approvals are in place to support admin / accommodation, cleaning, travel for site activity
- Manage site visits, including organising accommodation, flights and site tours for visitors
- Assist the new starter documentation, company induction / orientation process for all new employees
Experience in the below is essential:
- Working knowledge INX Software
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of Corporate Traveller
- Previous administration experience (preferably in a site administration role)
The successful applicant must be able to:
- Pass a Pre Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Screen and Functional assessment prior to commencement
- Undertake a National Police check
Extra Information for all applicants:
- Accommodation is not provided, Charters Towers local is preferred, however, external applicants are encouraged to apply as long as they are able to source their own accommodation in Charters towers
- BIBO from Charters Towers to site daily
- 10 hour shifts
