Our client is looking for an efficient and organized Operations and Project Support Coordinator to manage various administrative, operational, and project-related tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders (POs) for contractors, receipting invoices, ordering uniforms and safety equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, and updating master schedules. You will also support various team meetings such as project management meetings, toolbox talks, and risk register discussions.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Managing timesheets, invoices, and memos for contractors and key clients (Korber & Argon & Co.)
  • Ensuring smooth operations through the coordination of staff schedules, inductions, facilities tickets
  • Tracking overtime payments, managing budgets, and overseeing PO and accrual processes
  • Handling communications, managing SharePoint sites, and assisting with training and deployment planning
  • Ensuring all staff-related documentation is up to date, including leave registers, emergency evacuation lists and sign-in sheets
  • Ordering stationery and catering

The ideal candidate will have

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple talks in a fast paced environment
  • Adobe sign and Microsoft office experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical
