Haynes currently have an opportunity for an Engine Rebuilder to join our valued client based in Mackay.

About the Role:

• Perform engine rebuilds on Perkins Diesel Engines 1006-6
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for high-risk equipment
• Complete reports and documentation accurately
• Perform inspections on machinery, plant and equipment identifying current and potential problems or faults
• Working within a team environment and autonomously
• Role is workshop based

About You:

• Trade Qualification – Diesel Fitter
• Experience with rebuilding engines
• Current Drivers Licence (manual)
• Able to pass PEM and DAS, if required
• Perkins 1006-6 Engine experience – highly advantages
• Forklift Licence
