Our new National Sales Manager of Major Project will have the following attributes/skills/qualifications:
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry is essential
- Extensive knowledge in various industries and regions
- The ability to work and assist corporate businesses to succeed in their projects
- High level of customer service - we pride ourselves in doing what we say we will do!
- Impeccable time management
- Advanced level of computer skills along with the ability to learn new programs
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Ability to travel if and when required
- Tertiary qualifications in business or similar – highly regarded
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create and own your own strategic plan to ensure the business is the preferred choice of supplier for major projects
- Administer, develop and grow revenue streams
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Market intelligence knowledge, understanding and research
- Recruitment Coordination – working with the recruitment manager and team with client vacancies
- Quoting clients in alignment with modern awards and or Enterprise Agreements
- Mentor and lead a team of dedicated Business Development Mangers within the business operations
- Coordination of tender submissions
