Light Vehicle Mechanic

Haynes are currently seeking skilled Light Vehicle Mechanics for various clients across the Mackay region.

1. Light Vehicle Mechanic (Minesite - Southern Bowen Basin)

Location: Southern Bowen Basin, near Mackay
Roster: 7/7 (7 days on, 7 days off)
Role: Servicing auxiliary equipment on mine sites.
Requirements:

• Trade Qualification
• Current C Class Drivers Licence
• Previous experience working on mine sites.
• Current or ability to obtain a Coal Board Medical and S11 Certificate.

2. Light Vehicle Mechanic (Hire Fleet Servicing)

Location: Mackay
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role: General repairs and maintenance on a range of hire fleet vehicles (various models and brands).
Requirements:

• Proven experience working with different vehicle brands and models.
• Trade Qualification
• Current C Class Manual Drivers Licence

3. Light Vehicle Mechanic (Drift Runners, Light Vehicles, Forklifts & EWP’s)

Location: Mackay (In Town)
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role: Servicing drift runner vehicles, forklifts, EWP’s and other light vehicles.
Requirements:

• Experience working on drift runners and forklifts is an advantage
• Forklift licences
• Trade Qualification
• Current C Class Manual Drivers Licence
• Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen

4. Light Vehicle Mechanic (Light Vehicles & Auxiliary Equipment)

Location: Mackay (In Town)
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role: Servicing light vehicles and auxiliary equipment.
Requirements:

• Experience working on light vehicles and auxiliary equipment.
• Current C Class Manual Drivers Licence
• Trade Qualification
