Haynes is currently seeking Plasma / Laser Machine Operator for a valued client based in Cowra NSW for an ASAP start.

About the Job:

• Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm Friday – 7am to 130pm
• Temporary to Permanent role
• Located in Cowra NSW

Requirements:

• DL + Reliable vehicle to and from work
• Previous experience in similar role
• Forklift Licence - ADVANTAGEOUS
• CNC knowledge – ADVANTAGEOUS
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical

Responsibilities:

• Operating multiple CNC profile cutting machines ranging from 3D robotic oxy cutting to large format bevel plasma cutters
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical or software issues.
• Selecting and positioning materials for cutting, ensuring efficient usage and minimal waste.
• Coordinating with engineers, welders, and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Following workplace safety regulations, including handling gases, tools, and materials safely.
