Civil Projects Leading Hand/Supervisor

Haynes currently have an opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Supervisor & Leading Hand to work alongside our well-established client located in Townsville to deliver quality projects in civil construction, bulk earthworks and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day running of contractors and developers on site to deliver project on time
• Ensure activities on site are completed to a high standard and attention to detail
• Conducting daily pre-starts and manage feedback from Team
• Providing a high level of communication to the Project Manager
• A commitment to workplace health, safety, environment and quality standards
• Interpret drawings and technical specifications

About You

• Current Drivers Licence and White Card
• Relevant experience and qualifications
• Strong experience in a Supervisory role with crews of varying sizes
• Looking for career progression within the industry
• Ability to work on sites in Townsville and surrounding areas
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing, where necessary
• Australian Working Rights
