We are seeking qualified and experienced tradespeople to join our team in Mackay for a variety of local projects commencing in 2025. About the Offer

• Various roles available for both workshop and site based
• Local Roles: Monday to Friday roster, with overtime available
• Site Roles: 7/7 Roster | Meals and Accommodation paid | No FIFO available
• Immediate start available for 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Diesel Fitters: Maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Electricians: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in line with safety standards.
• Boilermakers: Fabrication, welding, and repairs of structural steel and heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for high-risk equipment

About You

• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications (e.g., Trade Certificate, Electrical License, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in your trade (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, advantageous
• Have a strong passion for safety in the workplace and ability to complete risk assessments
• Motivated, with a strong work ethic and good attendance
• Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening, where required
