About the role

This role requires a highly motived individual to provide subject matter expert advice on Injury and health management objectives in relation to WorkCover and business requirements across the organization. In this diverse role, you will:

  • Manage injury and claims management
  • Contribute to the physical and mental health of employees through wellness initiatives
  • Oversee the HSEQ systems to ensure they are up to date, functional and our people know how to use them
  • Maintain policies, procedures and other applicable documentation
  • Ensure HSEQ compliance and accreditation training is up to date
  • Assist as required in investigations, audits, reviews, hazard identification, risk assessments and controls
  • Collate HSEQ data and reports

About You:

The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Certificate IV in Health and Safety - or currently studying
  • Return to Work Certificate - highly regarded
  • Exposure to HSE computer systems (Rapid, ASNA, SharePoint, Noggin etc)
  • An understanding and ability to maintain Quality - 9001 quality system
  • Strong computer acumen
  • Current drivers licence and reliable transport
