Haynes are currently seeking trade qualifed Diesel Fitters to join the team of a well-known client in Paget QLD.


Requirements:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance services, including inspections and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

About the offer:

• 3 month engagement with potential to extend
• 9-Day rotating day/afternoon roster
• Workshop based position

The successful candidates, must have:

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• High commitment to safety and compliance
• RII tickets; Over Head Crane, Elevate Work Platform, Working at Heights (desirable)
• High-Risk Work Licences - Forklift and Dogman (desirable)
• Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical + D&A Screening.
