Job on Offer:

• Roster: 7/7 Day shift only roster
• Pay Rate: $72.50 FR
• DIDO ex Mackay Region
• Start Date: ASAP or 03/10/2024
• Ongoing placement
• Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance within villages

Key Responsibilities include

• Conduct assembly, install and testing of electrical equipment across Civeo camps in the Bowen Basin
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and repairs to comply with codes
• Be able to complete manual handling tasks, climb ladders, etc
• Maintain a safe workplace in line with Industry guidelines
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Complete reports and communications accurately, sketches/plans for intended works

The successful applicant must have

• Manual Drivers licence, Class C
• Trade Qualifications/ Licences – Electrical
• Grade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position
• Experience in similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel-style services over multiple
• Working at heights permit desirable
• Working in confined space permit desirable
• Current First Aid CPR/LVR ticket desirable
