Key Responsibilities include

  • Being the front face of a Tier 1 company
  • Answering phones and directing customer calls
  • Covering the lobby concierge
  • Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Assisting with catering enquiries and deliveries
  • Ordering and management of stationery
  • Creating new starter access cards

The successful applicant must have

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Certificate III in Business Administration advantageous
  • Must have a driver’s licence and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a high-volume team environment
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
