Business Development Manager

Haynes are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a well renowned Client in Mackay, whose expanding growth has made way for this newly created position. With a well-established client base relying on their delivery of high-quality engineering, fabrication and welding products across Mackay and the Bowen Basin, you will be bringing your demonstrated knowledge and skills to continue to take the business to new heights.

About You

• Possess a strong understanding of fabrication processes, machinery and industry standards from your experience in business development/sales within the heavy equipment fabrication, repair and refurbishment industry
• Able to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while simultaneously driving revenue by identifying new markets and opportunities
• Demonstrate a high level of communication with clients, industry stakeholders and senior management, and have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service
• Ability to pass necessary medicals, including Drug & Alcohol testing
• Valid Rights to Work in Australia
