Haynes are currently seeking an Administrator for one of our valued clients located in Archerfield, Queensland.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General administrative duties
  • Updating computer files and training records
  • Using excel spreadsheet to track progress through a task.
  • Following instructions from supervisors

On Offer:

  • Short term casual employment basis
  • 4-week project
  • Monday to Friday roster with Part-time working hours (school hours)
  • $34per hour plus penalties

Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence + reliable vehicle
  • Must be competent using computers.
  • Ability to become quickly familiar with online training system (Rapid-Global)
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
