HAYNES are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Sales Support Administrator for one of our clients based in Mackay.

Job details:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 4pm
  • Temp to Perm role
  • $42.35 / hr flat rate
  • Works include but are not limited to coordinating and administering all transactions and compliance related to purchase and delivery, data entry, purchase orders and compliance reports and responsible for all day to day coordination and management of sales administration.

To be considered:

  • Current drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with medium to advance skills in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work unsupervised, meet deadlines and works well in a team environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
