About the Role
We are currently recruiting Parts Interpreters for our client based in Paget. Reporting to the Parts Team Leader, the Parts Interpreters will support the operation and development of the Paget store.

This role would ideally suit someone from an Automotive Retail background that can easily comprehend basic parts interpretation and sourcing/ordering.

  • Processing orders and invoices
  • Responding to customer phone, email and fax inquiries and dealing with any concerns relating to orders, returns and invoices
  • Performing administrative duties as assigned by the members of our Parts Leadership Team
  • Following up on back orders with suppliers

The successful applicant must have and display the following:

  • Ability to engage, influence and achieve strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • Good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people
  • Good written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
  • Experience in a Parts Operation or Customer Facing Retail Operation would be well regarded
  • Flexibility and adaptive to consistently changing priorities and maintain attention to detail at all times
