We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract and Tender Administrator. This role is suitable for someone who is looking to take on a new opportunity and work within the mining sector. The role is Monday – Friday reporting to the Tender and Contract manager.

This role is to support the Mining and Oil & Gas function with the ongoing implementation of the tender and contract management framework. Inclusive of contract administration to minimise business risk, which can be achieved through the effective coordination of the tender & bid process, contracts and administration.

The Successful candidate must have and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Implementing and monitoring contract management framework
  • Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Office programs and internal systems
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar contract administration role
