We are seeking applications from experienced Machinists - Manual & CNC for ongoing work in the Pinkenba region.

The Role:

Based in Pinkenba, this role requires a highly motivated individual and the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Programming and operation of CNC lathes and milling machines and or
  • Operation of manual lathes and milling machines
  • Manufacture and refurbish hydraulic cylinders and engineering component
  • Interpret engineering drawings and use of measuring tools

About You:

The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Trade Qualified (Fitter and Machinist).
  • Experience in programming and operating CNC lathes or milling machines or
  • Experience in machining hydraulic cylinder components is advantageous.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and work to fine tolerances.
  • Committed to safety.
  • Attention to detail
